Effective 7/1/2019 - Uniforms will be ordered in bulk with average player sizes for the age group. This will assist in our region reducing costs and reducing the chances of registration fee increases year upon year.  Additional uniforms can be purchased for $25 at any time.

If for any reason you need to replace the uniform provided to you, AYSO will gladly order a new uniform at your request for a small fee ($25.00) - {This does not apply to new player initial uniforms}

Player first and last name
Division
Coach name
Uniform number
